The moderator opens the day in the Minster Forum, with a delegate presentation to follow.

The Diamond sponsor takes a 30-minute main-stage slot, then four sponsors each give a 5-minute spotlight.

Pre-booked 1:1 meetings
The main event: 4 rounds of 20-minute pre-booked meetings with short changeovers, around 50 delegates on each track. All meetings happen in the morning.

Sponsor-hosted lunch
Each sponsor hosts a sit-down lunch with 5 to 8 hand-picked delegates.

Afternoon panels and networking
A delegate panel, the Platinum sponsor's fireside chat, networking at the stands, then a crossover panel bringing finance and procurement together.

Closing remarks
The moderator closes the day, followed by ELN's post-event follow-up and delegate data.
